Minimum Stay
Our minimum stay requirement is 5 nights, however during the festive season this increases to 7 nights.
Security Deposit
A $2500 USD security deposit is required and will be returned promptly at the end of your stay, provided there are no significant damages.
Cancellation Terms
If no monies have been received for held bookings or bookings made at 60 days or less prior to arrival, the booking will be cancelled after 7 days. If the guest cancels more than 60 days prior to arrival, 10% of the booking value is retained and the balance of the deposit received will be refunded to the guest. Bookings cancelled at 60 days or less prior to arrival, all money paid up to this point will be forfeited by the guest. For bookings of a property during the Christmas/New Year or Special period, the full deposit is nonrefundable. Should the guest cancel within 60 days or less prior to arrival, the entire amount will be forfeited.
General Terms
The primary renter needs to meet a minimum age requirement of 25 years old and a maximum of 10 guests are permitted.
